Role Overview
ANDERSEN is looking for an experienced technical Program Manager & Producer 3 to support an Engineering Systems team. This role will drive day-to-day execution by managing sprint ceremonies, planning, task tracking, dependencies, blockers, and release coordination to keep engineering work moving smoothly. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of TPM/Producer experience, strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and hands-on experience with ADO, Jira, or Confluence. Previous experience working in a gaming studio is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, triage, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Manage sprint execution, team velocity, capacity, milestones, and feature delivery schedules.
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, calendars, and milestone plans.
- Manage user stories, tasks, bugs, backlogs, and work-item documentation in ADO or similar tools.
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, and release concerns.
- Coordinate QA validation, testing plans, regression tracking, and release readiness.
- Partners across engineering, product, creative, QA, and leadership teams.
- Track decisions, owners, action items, commitments, and follow-ups through completion.
Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills
- TPM / Producer Experience – 4–7 years: Managing complex cross-functional or cross-team programs, preferably within engineering or product development.
- ADO, Jira, or Confluence – Strong hands-on experience: Managing work items, sprint planning, backlogs, dashboards, task tracking, and technical program documentation.
- Agile / Scrum – Strong working knowledge: Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team velocity, capacity, milestones, blockers, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development or as a Producer
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator across creative, technical, and leadership teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities.
- Able to drive execution, resolve blockers, and keep teams on track.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree AND 5-7 years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- Producer/TPM experience in a gaming studio
- 5-7 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
