Position Summary:

We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Concierge to work weekend evening shifts. This role is key to maintaining a secure, professional, and friendly environment at the front desk of a residential community. You’ll be the face of the property during these hours, assisting residents, greeting guests, and supporting the property management team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor building access and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Communicate maintenance issues or resident concerns to appropriate staff.
• Conduct occasional lobby and common area walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, shift activities, and communications.
• Support emergency response procedures calmly and efficiently if needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, concierge, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Must pass background screening in accordance with Beacon policies.
