Job Description

We are hiring an Apartment Community Manager to lead Crestview at Apex in Apex, NC. Our Community Managers are business leaders who oversee operations, sales, financial performance, and team development. In this role, you’ll lead the leasing and maintenance teams, drive community performance, and help create an exceptional experience for our residents.

What We Offer

In addition to competitive pay, AIR Communities offers a variety of benefits and incentives, including:

  • Expected salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop the leasing and maintenance teams through coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the community.
  • Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and work toward operational and financial goals.
  • Drive leasing performance, occupancy, resident retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and ensure a high level of service throughout the community.
  • Monitor community performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Ensure the community operates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

What You Have

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, asset management, property management, or a similar industry such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in property management.
  • Experience leading a team in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Experience using sales processes and performance metrics to drive results.
  • General understanding of financials, budgets, and property performance.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Flexible availability to work during community office hours. The typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM (hours may vary based on community and season).
  • Reliable transportation.
